Attractions

Luck Lake Marsh:  "A bird watchers paradise."   Luck Lake is located just minutes North of Lucky Lake. The Marsh provides habitat critical to shorebirds, water fowl, and other types of wildlife. The Marsh is protected by Ducks Unlimited Canada and forms part of the Luck Lake Irrigation project. Take a tour over the dyke, or hike along the guided trail to see the wide variety of birds! Riverhurst Ferry:Located on Lake Diefenbaker which is just minutes away from Lucky Lake, Riverhurst ferry is a free 24 hour ferry service which serves West Side on the 1/2 hour and serves the East Side on the hour. It is capable of hauling 200,000 lbs, being 117 feet long and 46 feet wide, with a 250 horsepower diesel engine. It began it's services back in 1967, it is seasonal service and shuts down in the late fall. While the ferry is shut down the ice road is opened for the majority of the winter. Sask Highways takes over and clears a safe path for drivers to use.  Visit the links page for more information.

Wild West Steelhead Fish Farms:Located minutes east of Lucky Lake, Wild West Steelhead controls all parts of production, from egg production all the way to filleting the fish for consumers. Hunting

Lucky Lake Hunting: Looking for a great place to hunt? Lucky Lake has varied game for your hunting enjoyment, including birs, deer, etc. Check out the accommodations early! Check out the photo album for a taste of what is to come!

Local Golf Courses:

Sageview: This is beautiful golf course with grass greens, groomed regularly. Enjoy an afternoon along the shores of lake Diefenbaker, afterwards enjoy supper and refreshments at the beautiful Palliser Park Clubhouse!

Riverview Golf Course:Located on the shore of  the South Saskatchewan River in Outlook Saskatchewan, sits the 9 hole Riverview Golf Course. The grass greens are groomed regularly.

Local Campgrounds:

Lucky Lake Campground: Lucky Lake campground is located in the Village of Lucky Lake. Their are full hookups available. Please visit the contact page for more information.

Hitchcock Bay:Situated within walking distance to the boat launch, this campground is well treed with serviced lots. Visit the links page for more information.

Palliser Park: Located along  Lake Diefenbaker, this campground is well treed with serviced lots and lots of attractions within walking distance. Visit the links page for more information.

Danielson Park:This park is also located along Lake Diefenbaker as well. It has many trees for privacy and shelter and has serviced lots as well.

Prairie Lake:This park is well treed, comes with serviced lots and lots of local attractions within walking distance. Visit the links page for more information.

Coteau Lake: This park has well treed campsites with serviced lots. There are tennis courts, mini golf and a golf course to providea choice of things to do.
